Apple Cronut

Ingredients

  • 1 piece Puff pastry sheet
  • 1 apple
  • 1 tbsp Cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp Coconut sugar

Instructions

  • Slice apple into 1/2” discs. Core to remove the seeds
  • Wrap each disc with thin puff pastry sheet.
  • Sprinkle mixture of coconut sugar and cinnamon.
  • Bake 180D for 20 minutes.
