Iced Mango Matcha Latte
Ingredients
- 1 cup Chopped fresh or frozen mango about one small mango
- 1-2 tsp Matcha powder
- 1/4 cup Hot water
- 1 cup Milk (goes great with coconut milk
- 2 tbsp Vanilla protein or you can substitute for a vanilla creamer and adjust the amount to your desired sweetness
- Lots of ice
Instructions
- If you are using frozen mango set it out until soft or you can warm it up in the microwave for about 30 seconds to soften.
- Purée mango until smooth (may need to add a splash of water to get desired consistency).
- Sift matcha into a small bowl, add hot water, and whisk together.
- Mix vanilla protein (or creamer) and milk using a frother or blender to make vanilla milk.
- Fill glass with mango puree, add ice, top with 3/4 of vanilla milk, pour in matcha, then top with the rest of your milk and enjoy
