Iced Mango Matcha Latte
Ingredients

cup
Chopped fresh or frozen mango
about one small mango
1-2
tsp
Matcha powder
1/4
cup
Hot water
1
cup
Milk (goes great with coconut milk
2
tbsp
Vanilla protein
or you can substitute for a vanilla creamer and adjust the amount to your desired sweetness
Lots of ice
Instructions
If you are using frozen mango set it out until soft or you can warm it up in the microwave for about 30 seconds to soften.
Purée mango until smooth (may need to add a splash of water to get desired consistency).
Sift matcha into a small bowl, add hot water, and whisk together.
Mix vanilla protein (or creamer) and milk using a frother or blender to make vanilla milk.
Fill glass with mango puree, add ice, top with 3/4 of vanilla milk, pour in matcha, then top with the rest of your milk and enjoy
