3 Ingredient Aqua Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 6 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1.5 cups coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup vegan yogurt to serve
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp ocean blend powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla and sweetener optional
  • Seasonal fruit for topping I used grapes

Instructions

  • Add chia seeds, coconut milk and ocean blend powder to a container, mix and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
  • Serve with yogurt, fruit and optionally granola and nuts.
  • Keeps week in fridge for 4 days.
