Ingredients
- 2 Slices of sourdough
- 2 tsp Seeded mustard
- 1 Bubble and squeak grilled (recipe in the link in profile, search bubble and squeak)
- 1 Tomato sliced
- 1 Round slice red onion
- 2 pcs Lettuce leaves
- 1 tsp Hot sauce
- 1 tbsp Tomato ketchup mix with hot sauce
- 1 tbsp Coconut yogurt with a squeeze of lemon
- Sea salt to taste
Instructions
- Lay sourdough slice plain or toasted
- Spread seeded mustard on the bread with a knife
