Refreshing, zesty and crunchy mango salsa is just divine. Mango season is upon is and what better way to celebrate it than making this rainbow salad that brings a smile on everyone’s face.
It’s simple yet colourful and flavour in every mouthful.
Enjoy with tortilla chips or on its own, hope you make it on repeat like I do. Promise everyone who gets to taste this will thank you forever. Remember to slurp the juice at the end, it’s the BEST!

Avocado Mango Salsa
Ingredients
- 1 Large finely chopped avocado
- 3/4 cup Finely chopped ripe mango 1 large mango yields 3/4 cup
- 1 cup Finely chopped cucumber 2 cucumbers yield 1 cup
- 1 cup Finely chopped cherry tomatoes
- 2 tbsp Finely chopped jalapeño 1 small jalapeño yields 2 Tbsp
- 1 Large finely chopped red onion or sub green onion for a subtle onion flavor
- 1/4 cup Finely chopped cilantro
- 2-3 tbsp Lime juice
- 1/2 tsp Sea salt
Instructions
- Toss everything in a bowl, sprinkle salt and drizzle lime juice. Enjoy with tortilla chips.
