Raspberry Chia Jam Chocolate Bites
Ingredients
- 2 cups Frozen Raspberries
- 2 tbsp Chia Seeds
- 2 tbsp Maple syrup or other sweetener
- 1 tbsp Hot Water
- 100 g Melted Dark Choc
Instructions
- Mash together raspberries, chia seeds, rice malt syrup and water until smooth. Be patient with it, the raspberries with eventually melt and become jam-like.
- Dollop onto a lined tray and set in the freezer for 3-4 hours.
- Coat each jam bite in melted dark chocolate, drizzle any remaining chocolate over the top and set in the freezer for 5 minutes.
