Spicy Coriander Mint Raita
Ingredients
- 1 Bunch of coriander
- 1 cup Mint leaves
- 1 Lime juice
- 1 Jalapeño
- 1/4 cup Greek style yogurt I used @vitasoy
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Chilli lime seasoning
Instructions
- In a small food processor or blender, add Coriander, mint, garlic cloves, jalapeño, yogurt, lime juice, salt and chilli lime dressing.
