Garlic Confit

Ingredients

  • 250 g Peeled garlic
  • 100 ml Cooking oil I used olive oil
  • 2 twigs Rosemary or thyme

Instructions

  • Place garlic cloves in a baking dish
  • Pour oil on the cloves, put rosemary twigs on the top
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes
  • Let cool and transfer to a clean airtight jar
