  • 1 can 15 oz chickpeas (garbanzo beans), drained and rinsed

  • Bake: Spread the seasoned chickpeas on a baking tray in a single layer. Roast for 20–25 minutes, shaking the tray halfway through, until they are golden and crispy.
  • Cool: Remove from the oven and let them cool completely. They will continue to crisp up as they cool.
