Smashed Veggie Burger
Ingredients
For the Potato Mixture
- 2 medium boiled potatoes mashed
- 1 medium onion sliced
- 1 tsp miso paste
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- Squeeze of lemon juice
- Handful fresh cilantro chopped
For the Bean Mixture
- 1 can 300 g kidney beans mashed
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp ground coriander
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 pcs Tortilla wraps
Instructions
- Mix all the potato mixture ingredients until well combined
- Mix all the bean mixture ingredients until well combined
- Blend all ingredients for the patties.
- Layer the potato and bean mixtures on a tortilla wrap. Place another tortilla wrap on the top and press lightly so the mixtures stick to the tortilla.
- Toast the smashed burger on a pan until golden and crispy, brushing each side with oil.
