Smashed Veggie Burger

Ingredients

For the Potato Mixture

  • 2 medium boiled potatoes mashed
  • 1 medium onion sliced
  • 1 tsp miso paste
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • Squeeze of lemon juice
  • Handful fresh cilantro chopped

For the Bean Mixture

  • 1 can 300 g kidney beans mashed
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp ground coriander
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 pcs Tortilla wraps

Instructions

  • Mix all the potato mixture ingredients until well combined
  • Mix all the bean mixture ingredients until well combined
  • Blend all ingredients for the patties.
  • Layer the potato and bean mixtures on a tortilla wrap. Place another tortilla wrap on the top and press lightly so the mixtures stick to the tortilla.

  • Toast the smashed burger on a pan until golden and crispy, brushing each side with oil.
