These chocolatey bliss balls with hidden cranberries and fresh orange juice are more than the average bliss balls. Enjoy them straight from freezer for a flavour bomb in a mouthful.

Ingredients
1cupof almond meal
1cupof desiccated coconut
1cupof pitted datessoaked in water
1/4cupof cacao powder
1/4cupof dried apricots
Small handful of cranberries
Juice of half an orange.
Instructions
Blend the apricots, cranberries and dates in a blender and then mix in the almond meal and coconut.
Add enough orange juice to moisten the mixture but not too much to make it runny.
Roll the mixture into small balls (about the size of pingpong balls) and roll in coconut.
