Popsicles and summer are quite synonymous but licking a popsicle while curled up in a thrown watching TV is a guilt-free indulgent experience with the easy to make tutti fruities.

Ingredients
1Bananaripe and chopped
¾cupCoconut Milklow fat
1CupNatural Coconut Yogurt
1tspVanilla Paste
2tbspMaple syrup
1cupFruitI used strawberries, dragon fruit, kiwi fruit and blueberries, chopped
¼Almond flakesoptional
Instructions
On a non-stick pan dry roast almond flakes tossing continuously for a minute or two until lightly brown. This happens really fast, be sure not to burn them. Allow to cool.
Put chopped fruit and toasted almonds (if using) in each mould.
Blend banana, coconut yogurt, coconut milk, vanilla and maple syrup until smooth.
Fill popsicle moulds with the coconut mixture
Add sticks and freeze for at least five hours or until frozen.
