Pink Chia Pudding Berry Parfait
Simple and easy to assemble breakfast or snack. Sweet enough for people who like sweet breakfast but not too heavy for a first meal to start the day.

chia seeds

coconut light milk

almond meal

puréed raspberries
or use 1 tsp beetroot powder

agave
For Layering:

cup
assorted berries
1
|2 cup vanilla coconut yogurt
Instructions
Mix and let set for a minimum of 3 hrs or overnight.
Layer in jars starting with chia pudding, then berries and yougurt. Finish with more berries on top.
