Polish Cucumber Salad

Ingredients

small cucumbers
thinly sliced

small bunch dill
chopped
1/2
cup
coconut Greek yogurt
1/2
tsp
chilli flakes
Salt season
1
tsp
lemon zest and squeeze of lemon
Olives
capers and olive oil to garnish
Instructions
Mix everything until cucumber slices are well covered with yogurt. Allow to chill in the fridge for 30 mins.
Garnish with capers, Kalamata olives and a drizzle of EVOO
