Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C. Crush the biscuits and add them to a bowl with the coconut flakes, chocolate chips, pumpkin spice and sweetened condensed coconut milk. Mix well.
Using an icecream scoop, place the cookie dough into a parchment lined baking sheet.
Bake at 12 for 14 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and let sit for at least 15 minutes to cool. It’s hard to wait, but if you don’t they will crumble.
