Instant Raspberry Chia Jam

Cups
Frozen Raspberries

Tbsp
Chia Seeds
I used black ones

Tbsp
Maple Syrup
Sub liquid sweetener of choice
Instructions
Mash together raspberries, chia seeds and maple syrup until combined. The raspberries with eventually melt and become jam-like with a bit of patience.
Let it sit for half hour to an hour until chia seeds swell up.
Refrigerate in an airtight glass container for up to a week.
Enjoy it on a toast, with breakfast cereals or as a topping on desserts.
