Zatar Roasted Carrots

Feta Dip

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 220 D
Toss the sliced carrots with the olive oil & spices and bake for about 35 minutes, flipping halfway through
Prep the feta dip by blending the feta, yogurt, olive oil, lemon and a pinch of salt & pepper.
Spread the dip in a shallow plate or platter then top with the carrots
Garnish with freshly chopped parsley, toasted pine nuts and a drizzle of maple syrup & olive oil
