Large mashed banana

Natural peanut butter

Pure vanilla extract

Apple sauce

Rolled oats - I used quick oats

Baking powder ⠀
Instructions
Mash bananas in a mixing bowl
Add in vanilla paste, apple sauce and peanut butter
Throw in rolled oats and balking powder
Swirl the mixture until combined
Pour the mixture into lined muffin tray
Bake for 20-25 minutes
Serve warm smothered with nut butter and/or maple syrup
