Chocolate Mango Popsicles

Good quality dark chocolate chips or pieces from a bar

Cooking oil
I used coconut oil

Large firm mangoes

Crushed pistachio
Instructions
Peel mango and cut the mango cheeks into thick long pieces. Stick a skewer into each wedge.
Melt chocolate chips in the microwave or using a double boiler pan. Stir until chocolate is fully melted.
Spread out parchment paper on a flat surface. Partially dip mango pieces in the chocolate using a fork or tongs.
Lay pieces on parchment paper to dry. Immediately sprinkle with chopped pistachios or any add-in while the chocolate is still moist.
Place in the freezer to fully cool for 10-20 minutes.
They can be kept in the freezer in an air-tight container for up to two months.
