Chickpea Yogurt Toast with Garlic Confit

juice

cooked chickpeas
1/4
cup
chopped parsley
1/4
cup
finely diced red peppers

tbsp
kalamatta olives
chopped

tbsp
balsamic vinegar

tbsp
olive oil

cup
yogurt
Instructions
Mix yogurt, chilli powder, lemon rind and juice in a bowl
Combine all chickpea mix ingredients in another bowl.
On a sourdough toast, layer garlic confit, lemon yogurt and chickpea mix.
