Easy Chocolate Cookie Baked Oatmeal
Ingredients
½
cup
rolled oats
1
chia egg
1 tbsp chia seeds soaked 3 tbsp water
¼
cup
almond milk
or milk of choice
pinch
of sea salt
¼
tsp
baking powder
1
tbsp
cocoa powder
3
tbsp
dark chocolate chips
1-2
tsp
pure maple syrup
Instructions
Blend all your ingredients (except chocolate chips) until well combined.
Pour mixture into a greased oven-safe dish.
Add dark chocolate chips on top.
Bake at 180C/350F for 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Enjoy!
Notes
Throw in some nuts for extra texture.
Swap maple syrup with sweetener of choice.
Use certified gluten-free oats for gluten free option.
Replace chocolate chips with peanut butter for a nutty twist.
Sub almond milk with milk of choice.
Sub for flax eggs for chia egg
