Add all blended oats ingredients to a high-power blender. Blend until the mixture forms a thick, batter-like consistency.
Divide the blended oats mixture into individual jars or bowls and smooth the top with the back of a spoon.
Top the oats with date caramel and melted dark chocolate. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set. When you're ready to eat, smash into the top and enjoy! They will keep for up to 3 days in the refrigerator.
Notes
Swap regular oats for gluten-free if needed.
Add 2 tablespoons protein powder for extra protein.
Sub Peanut butter with almond butter or other nut butter.
You can omit caramel, the oats with chocolate shell amazing as well.
