Apricot Chocolate Bark
Ingredients
- 30 pcs Dried apricots I used Turkish variety
- Peanuts cashew or almond butter
- Roast almonds
- 150 g Dark chocolate melted
- Sea salt flakes
Instructions
- Spread apricots on a sheet of parchment paper.
- Use the flat bottom of a glass or damp hands to press down and spread out
- Add a few dessert spoons of chosen nut butter, then spread over dates (make sure you cover right to the edges.
- Add a layer of chopped, toasted almonds, then pour over melted chocolate and spread to coat.
- Set in the freezer for 1+ hours. Remove from the freezer, sprinkle with salt, then break or chop into bite size pieces. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
