Apricot Chocolate Bark

Ingredients

  • 30 pcs Dried apricots I used Turkish variety
  • Peanuts cashew or almond butter
  • Roast almonds
  • 150 g Dark chocolate melted
  • Sea salt flakes

Instructions

  • Spread apricots on a sheet of parchment paper.
  • Use the flat bottom of a glass or damp hands to press down and spread out
  • Add a few dessert spoons of chosen nut butter, then spread over dates (make sure you cover right to the edges.
  • Add a layer of chopped, toasted almonds, then pour over melted chocolate and spread to coat.
  • Set in the freezer for 1+ hours. Remove from the freezer, sprinkle with salt, then break or chop into bite size pieces. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
