Avocado Cracker Recipe

Course Snack

Ingredients

  • 2 cups gluten free flour
  • 1 large ripe avocado
  • 1/4 tap ground rosemary
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  • Mash avocado in a bowl, then add flour, rosemary and salt.
  • Mix well with a wooden spoon, then knead with hands to form a firm dough.
  • Cut the dough into 6 portions and roll into balls.
  • Roll with rolling pin into a thin sheet.

  • Cut into rectangular cracker size pieces. Pizza cutter works better than the knife.
  • Pork holes with a fork for more crispness.
  • Bake at 180C in a preheated oven until light brown.
  • Remove from oven and let cool.

  • Season with salt and paper to taste.
  • Serve with your favourite dip. Mine was tzatziki.
