Asian Cucumber Salad
Ingredients
- 5-6 pcs Lebanese/Persian cucumbers
For the Sauce
- 1 tbsp Minced garlic
- 1 tbsp Gochugaru
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil or olive oil
- 2 tbsp Rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tbsp Sesame seeds toasted
- 1 tbsp Brown sugar
Instructions
- Lay cucumber in between 2 chopsticks
- Slice at 45 degree angle
- Flip the cucumber over
- Cut at straight angle
- Place cucumbers in a shallow bowl
- Mix all the sauce ingredients and pour over sliced cucumbers
- Mix with chopsticks until cucumbers are well coated
- Refrigerate for 15 minutes or longer for the sauce to soak in
