Overnight Oats with Chia Jam

Ingredients

Oats Layer

  • 1/2 cup Oats I used @uncletobys
  • 1 tbsp Maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup Milk
  • Splash of vanilla extract
  • 𝘖𝘱𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘢𝘭 20g protein powder

Chia Jam

  • 1/3 cup Raspberries
  • 1 tbsp Chia seeds

Chocolate layer:

  • 20 g Dark chocolate
  • 2 tbsp Coconut cream
  • 1 tsp Sweetener to taste
  • Extra fruit and nuts to serve

Instructions

  • In a glass jar mix all oats layer ingredients and allow to soak in fridge for 4 hours or overnight.
  • Mix chia jam ingredients in a no-plastic bowl
  • In a heatproof bowl mix, all chocolate later ingredients
  • Layer oats, raspberry chia jam and chocolate
  • Cover and refrigerate for meal prep
  • Serve with extra fruit and chopped nuts
