A perfect breakfast or snack anytime of the year. Moist with burst of blueberries is great toasted with a spread of nut butter or straight of the fridge.

Ingredients
1cuporganic spelt flour
1|2 cup buckwheat flour
1|2 cup cocoa powder
1tspbaking soda
1tspbaking powder
A pinch of salt
1tspvanilla
1|2 tsp cinnamon
1tbspapple cider vinegar
1|2 coconut sugar
80mlmelted coconut oil
1cupnut milk
2-3ripe bananas mashed
100grblueberries and some more for decoration
Instructions
Mix all dry ingredients together in a bowl and set aside. To the mashed bananas add all wet ingredients, mix well and fold in the dry mixture.
Pour into a greased loaf pan and add the bluebs on top. Push them a bit into the batter and bake at 190*C for 40-50 minutes.
