Apple and Raspberry Crumble Recipe
Ingredients

cups
raspberries (fresh or frozen)
Cinnamon Apple Mix
4
pcs large apples
tangy variety, diced
1/4
cup
rice malt syrup
1
tsp
cinnamon powder
2
strips orange rind
2
tbsp
lemon juice
Crumble Mix
1
cup
porridge oats
1/4
cup
pumpkin seeds
1/4
cup
sunflower seeds
1/4
cup
almonds and walnuts
chopped
1/2
cup
shredded coconut
2
tbsp
flax meal
1/4
cup
plain flour
1/4
cup
rice malt syrup
1
tsp
vanilla paste
1/4
cup
coconut oil
melted
Instructions
Place all Apple Cinnamon ingredients in a pot and cook for 10-15 minutes on medium heat until slightly tender
Mix all crumble ingredients in a bowl
Transfer the cooked apples in a baking dish
Spread raspberries on the apple mix
Spread the crumble mix
Bake @180C for 20 minutes until golden brown
Serve with plant-based icecream or yogurt topped with shaved chocolate
