Apple and Raspberry Crumble Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 cups raspberries (fresh or frozen)

Cinnamon Apple Mix

  • 4 pcs large apples tangy variety, diced
  • 1/4 cup rice malt syrup
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 2 strips orange rind
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

Crumble Mix

  • 1 cup porridge oats
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup almonds and walnuts chopped
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 2 tbsp flax meal
  • 1/4 cup plain flour
  • 1/4 cup rice malt syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla paste
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil melted

Instructions

  • Place all Apple Cinnamon ingredients in a pot and cook for 10-15 minutes on medium heat until slightly tender
  • Mix all crumble ingredients in a bowl
  • Transfer the cooked apples in a baking dish
  • Spread raspberries on the apple mix
  • Spread the crumble mix
