Avocado Cracker Recipe

Ingredients

gluten free flour
1
large ripe avocado
1/4
tap ground rosemary
salt to taste
Instructions
Mash avocado in a bowl, then add flour, rosemary and salt.
Mix well with a wooden spoon, then knead with hands to form a firm dough.
Cut the dough into 6 portions and roll into balls.
Roll with rolling pin into a thin sheet.
Cut into rectangular cracker size pieces. Pizza cutter works better than the knife.
Pork holes with a fork for more crispness.
Bake at 180C in a preheated oven until light brown.
Remove from oven and let cool.
Season with salt and paper to taste.
Serve with your favourite dip. Mine was tzatziki.
