Mash the Avocado. Use a fork or blender to create smooth paste for even mixing.
Mix the ingredients. Combine gluten-free flour, salt and rosemary. Slowly add mashed avocado and olive oil, mix well, then knead with hands to form a firm dough.
Cut the dough into 6 portions and roll it into balls
Roll the dough between two sheets of parchment paper to about ⅛ inch thick.
Shape it into crackers by using a knife or cookie cutter.
Poke holes with a fork for more crispness.
Bake it to perfection at 180°C until it becomes light or golden brown.
Remove it from the oven and let it cool.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve with your favourite dip. I often serve mine with my favourite tzatziki dip.
