Smashed Veggie Burger
Ingredients
For the Potato Mixture

medium boiled potatoes
mashed
1
medium onion
sliced
1
tsp
miso paste
1
tbsp
sriracha
Squeeze of lemon juice
Handful fresh cilantro
chopped
For the Bean Mixture
1
can
300 g kidney beans
mashed
1
tsp
smoked paprika
1/2
tsp
chili powder
1/2
tsp
ground coriander
Salt and pepper to taste

Tortilla wraps
Instructions
Mix all the potato mixture ingredients until well combined
Mix all the bean mixture ingredients until well combined
Blend all ingredients for the patties.
Layer the potato and bean mixtures on a tortilla wrap. Place another tortilla wrap on the top and press lightly so the mixtures stick to the tortilla.
Toast the smashed burger on a pan until golden and crispy, brushing each side with oil.
