Avocado Orecchiette

All purpose flour

Large ripe avocado

Baby spinach
1/4

Fresh basil leaves

Garlic

Vegan cream cheese @mylifebio

Green peas
salt and freshly ground black pepper
to taste

Instructions
Mash avocado in a bowl, then add flour, baking powder and salt.
Mix well with a wooden spoon or use hands to form a firm dough.
Pinch a little dough, the size of a grape. 1. 4. Roll between your palms and press with a finger to form a little curve.
In a pot of boiling salted water, cook pasta for 3 minutes and drain well.
Add olive oil to a shallow non stick pan, stir in garlic and pasta.
Add green peas, a ladle full of pasta water and stir till the peas are tender.
Stir in spinach and basil.
Season with salt and paper to taste.
Serve hot
