Asian Cucumber Salad
Ingredients

Lebanese/Persian cucumbers
For the Sauce

tbsp
Minced garlic
1
tbsp
Gochugaru
1
tbsp
Sesame oil or olive oil

tbsp
Rice vinegar
1
tbsp
Soy sauce
1 1/2
tbsp
Sesame seeds
toasted

tbsp
Brown sugar
Instructions
Lay cucumber in between 2 chopsticks
Slice at 45 degree angle
Flip the cucumber over
Cut at straight angle
Place cucumbers in a shallow bowl
Mix all the sauce ingredients and pour over sliced cucumbers
Mix with chopsticks until cucumbers are well coated
Refrigerate for 15 minutes or longer for the sauce to soak in

Serve with boiled rice or on its own as a side dish
