Smashed Cauliflower Recipe
Ingredients

cauli in florets cooked in salted water
100
g
parmesan cheese
vegan
Marinade
Olive oil
Salt paprika sweet
Garlic
Salt
Nutritional yeast
Cashews
Instructions
Cook cauli so that it is not too mushy but can be easily mashed on a baking sheet.
Place florets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and mash with a glass.
Coat with a mixture of herbs, olive oil, salt and paprika noble sweet.
Sprinkle green marinade over the top and bake in the oven at 220 degrees until the cauli is nice and crispy around the edges.
