1/2cupGluten-free flour mixor regular flour if not coeliac/intolerant/IBS sufferer (120 ml)
1 1/2tspBaking powder + sliced strawberries
Instructions
Mix the wet ingredients together
Add the dry ingredients and stir until combined
Dip the strawberry slices in the batter until completely covered in the batter
Cook on a non stick skillet for a couple of minutes on each side
Serve with maple syrup
Notes
If you also have IBS, be sure to use lactose-free yogurt. If you are on the elimination phase of the low-FODMAP diet, use less than 65 g of strawberries
