Overnight Oats with Chia Jam
Ingredients
Oats Layer

Splash of vanilla extract
𝘖𝘱𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘢𝘭 20g protein powder
Chia Jam
1/3
cup
Raspberries

Chia seeds
Chocolate layer:

Dark chocolate

Coconut cream

Sweetener
to taste
Extra fruit and nuts to serve
Instructions
In a glass jar mix all oats layer ingredients and allow to soak in fridge for 4 hours or overnight.
Mix chia jam ingredients in a no-plastic bowl
In a heatproof bowl mix, all chocolate later ingredients
Layer oats, raspberry chia jam and chocolate
Cover and refrigerate for meal prep
Serve with extra fruit and chopped nuts
