Easy Homemade Granola
Ingredients

Maple syrup / rice malt syrup

Coconut oil

Vanilla extract

Rolled oats

Nuts and seeds of choice

Instructions
Preheat oven to 190c / 375f
Mix the wet ingredients until smooth
Add the dry ingredients and mix to combine.
Spread it evenly on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, and press it down a little.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown
Let it cool completely and break the big chunks into smaller pieces.
