Apple and Raspberry Crumble Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 cups raspberries (fresh or frozen)
Cinnamon Apple Mix
- 4 pcs large apples tangy variety, diced
- 1/4 cup rice malt syrup
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
- 2 strips orange rind
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
Crumble Mix
- 1 cup porridge oats
- 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup almonds and walnuts chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 2 tbsp flax meal
- 1/4 cup plain flour
- 1/4 cup rice malt syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla paste
- 1/4 cup coconut oil melted
Instructions
- Place all Apple Cinnamon ingredients in a pot and cook for 10-15 minutes on medium heat until slightly tender
- Mix all crumble ingredients in a bowl
- Transfer the cooked apples in a baking dish
- Spread raspberries on the apple mix
- Spread the crumble mix
- Bake @180C for 20 minutes until golden brown
- Serve with plant-based icecream or yogurt topped with shaved chocolate
