Avocado Cracker Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 cups gluten free flour
- 1 large ripe avocado
- 1/4 tap ground rosemary
- salt to taste
Instructions
- Mash avocado in a bowl, then add flour, rosemary and salt.
- Mix well with a wooden spoon, then knead with hands to form a firm dough.
- Cut the dough into 6 portions and roll into balls.
- Roll with rolling pin into a thin sheet.
- Cut into rectangular cracker size pieces. Pizza cutter works better than the knife.
- Pork holes with a fork for more crispness.
- Bake at 180C in a preheated oven until light brown.
- Remove from oven and let cool.
- Season with salt and paper to taste.
- Serve with your favourite dip. Mine was tzatziki.
