Quick and Easy Avocado Crackers

Avocadocrackers are crispy, nutritious snacks.
Course Snack

Ingredients

  • 2 cups gluten free flour
  • 1 large ripe avocado
  • 1/4 tap ground rosemary
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Mash the Avocado. Use a fork or blender to create smooth paste for even mixing.
  • Mix the ingredients. Combine gluten-free flour, salt and rosemary. Slowly add mashed avocado and olive oil, mix well, then knead with hands to form a firm dough.
  • Cut the dough into 6 portions and roll it into balls
  • Roll the dough between two sheets of parchment paper to about ⅛ inch thick.

  • Shape it into crackers by using a knife or cookie cutter.
  • Poke holes with a fork for more crispness.
  • Bake it to perfection at 180°C until it becomes light or golden brown.
  • Remove it from the oven and let it cool.

  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve with your favourite dip. I often serve mine with my favourite tzatziki dip.
