Easy Homemade Granola

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Maple syrup / rice malt syrup
  • 3 tbsp Coconut oil
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 2 cups Rolled oats GF
  • 1 tbsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup Nuts and seeds of choice
  • 1 tbsp Cinnamon

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 190c / 375f
  • Mix the wet ingredients until smooth
  • Add the dry ingredients and mix to combine.
  • Spread it evenly on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, and press it down a little.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown
  • Let it cool completely and break the big chunks into smaller pieces.
