Ingredients

  • 2 small red onions sliced in half moons
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 3/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp black peppercorns
