Strawberry Pancake Bites
Ingredients
- 1 piece Chia egg
- 3/4 cup High protein yogurt* 180 ml
- 1 tbsp Maple syrup or brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup Gluten-free flour mix or regular flour if not coeliac/intolerant/IBS sufferer (120 ml)
- 1 1/2 tsp Baking powder + sliced strawberries
Instructions
- Mix the wet ingredients together
- Add the dry ingredients and stir until combined
- Dip the strawberry slices in the batter until completely covered in the batter
- Cook on a non stick skillet for a couple of minutes on each side
