  • 1/2 Bunch parsley sub coriander
  • 1 Peach sub canned, medium diced
  • 1/4 cup Walnut kernels

Dressing

  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Maple syrup
  • 1 tsp Seeded mustard
  • Kosher salt to taste

Instructions

  • In a shallow bowl, peel pomegranate, this is therapeutic!
