Healthy Stuffed Dates

Servings 7 pieces

Ingredients

  • 7 pcs Medjool dates
  • 7 pcs Raspberries
  • 2 tbsp Melted chocolate @lindt 70%
  • 7 tsp Almond butter PB tastes great too!

Instructions

  • Remove the pit from dates
  • Stuff the almond butter in each date
  • Lightly press a raspberry over the almond butter
  • Melt chocolate in a microwave safe dish for 1 minutes and drizzle over the stuffed date.
  • Serve them like that, chilled or frozen.
